The Divorce Club team are all experienced lawyers and we offer a range of services including: Advice Only This service is suitable for those of you who feel confident enough to go it alone but simply require some expert guidance as to your rights and the current procedure. Our advisers will discuss your requirements with you and advise you in relation to your eligibility for a divorce under UK law, the procedure and whether or not your circumstances will allow you to follow the "special procedure" which would mean that your divorce could proceed without the need for litigation. This service is offered for a fixed fee of £45.00 plus VAT and gives you direct access to an experienced lawyer, via telephone and/or email. The service does not include any preparation of documentation. Uncontested Managed Divorce If you require more assistance, we can also help by drafting the relevant documentation and providing you with full instructions about how to go about filing it at court. Completed draft documents will be sent to you via post or email, according to your requirements, for your approval. In most cases document preparation will be limited to the actual Divorce, Judicial Separation or Civil Partnership Dissolution Petition, Statement of Arrangements for Children, Affidavit in Support, Application for Directions for Trial and Application for Decree Absolute. All of this can be provided for you for only £125.00 plus VAT. You would be responsible for all court fees which currently stand at £300.00 to issue proceedings and a further £40.00 for the application for Decree Absolute. Complete Managed Divorce Service If you would prefer us to handle your matter, we can take care of the entire process, including court fees and filing of documents for a fixed fee of £750.00 plus VAT. Of course, you would be free to liaise with us via telephone and email as necessary. Consent Orders For those of you who have financial issues that need to be addressed, we can assist by preparing a draft Consent Order for the Court's approval. Our fees for this work start at £75.00 plus VAT, but may vary according to individual circumstances. Please contact the team for a tailored quotation. Bespoke We understand that not everybody's circumstances fit neatly into our packages.
